Nine years after introducing Hyderabad to speciality coffee, Roastery Coffee House has returned to its roots with the launch of its 15th café in Jubilee Hills. Inspired by the iconic Taramati Baradari, the new outlet blends heritage-inspired architecture with award-winning Indian speciality coffee and a thoughtfully curated food menu.Indian politics news
Founded in Hyderabad in 2017 by Nishant Sinha, Roastery Coffee House has grown from a single café in Banjara Hills into one of India’s leading speciality coffee brands. It now operates cafés across Hyderabad, Kolkata, Delhi NCR, Agra and Lucknow, besides launching its first international outlet in Helsinki, Finland. The brand’s Delhi outlet also houses India’s first Latte Art Atelier.
Designed around the architectural elegance of Taramati Baradari, the Jubilee Hills café incorporates traditional Kalamkari artwork in its upholstery and features a custom-made Kalamkari mural depicting coffee flowers and cherries, reinforcing the café’s Hyderabad-inspired identity.Geographic Reference
“Every new café is exciting, but opening another one in Hyderabad is always emotional because this is where Roastery was born,” said founder Nishant Sinha. “The love and support we received from Hyderabad encouraged us to dream bigger.”
